Job Description

Primary Job Duties:
 

· Making phone calls and answering questions about setting up events at locations

· Complete reservation bookings per script and booking guidelines

· Email corporate clients about setting up events at their stores

· Greeting and assisting all walk-in inquiries

· Being knowledgeable of all aspects of the event set up and answering questions accordingly

· Maintaining logs accurately

· Calling past events and trying to get them to rebook.

· Communicating with staff about special needs of clients

· Maintaining cleanliness of the event

· Understanding the cash out process and having the ability to properly cash out an event

· Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager

· Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Qualifications

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
 

· Standing or sitting for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning

· Must be able to lift 10 lbs

· Must be able to communicate with guests and communicate via email, phone, and in person with great detail and organization


Special Requirements:
 

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Obtain training certification per company policy
