The Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Event Marketing and Fundraising Associate to join our fast-paced team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to launch a career in marketing, sales, and public engagement—while supporting causes that truly matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach efforts

  • Represent our organization and partner brands at public events and community initiatives

  • Build relationships with attendees and convert interest into donor support

  • Support marketing efforts across social media, email, and print channels

  • Manage event setup, materials, and logistics in coordination with vendors

  • Track donor interactions and campaign performance using CRM tools

  • Participate in team strategy sessions, workshops, and development meetings

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed

  • Genuine interest in community impact, fundraising, and marketing

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant experience preferred
