The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Event Marketing & Fundraising Associate to join our team at the entry level. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to break into marketing, sales, and public engagement while making a difference. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach

  • Represent our organization and partners at public events, trade shows, and community initiatives

  • Engage with the public to build relationships and secure donor support

  • Support marketing efforts across social media, email, and print materials

  • Manage event logistics including setup, materials, and coordination with vendors and volunteers

  • Track donor interactions and event performance using CRM software and reporting tools

  • Participate in team strategy sessions, training workshops, and development meetings

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

  • Passion for public service, fundraising, and community engagement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
