What You Will Do
You’ll support the design, development, testing, and deployment of control electronics, working alongside experienced engineers to bring systems from concept to reality. You’ll assist with creating design packages, running simulations using tools like PSPICE or MATLAB, and troubleshooting electrical systems in both lab and plant environments. Along the way, you’ll collaborate across engineering disciplines, contribute to technical documentation, and support ongoing improvements to system performance, reliability, and efficiency—gaining exposure to everything from low-voltage circuits to complex industrial power systems.
We’d Love to Hear from People With:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Internship, co-op, or academic experience in electronics, embedded systems, or electrical design
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, including low-voltage DC and three-phase AC concepts
- Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools such as PSPICE, MATLAB, Simulink, or similar
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
- Ability to obtain (or already possess) a “Q” clearance
A Successful Candidate Brings:
- Hands-on project or lab experience in electronics design, testing, or troubleshooting
- Exposure to manufacturing, R&D, or industrial environments through internships or coursework
- Familiarity with electrical codes and standards such as NEC, IEEE, or ANSI
- Interest in embedded systems or motor control applications
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a multi-disciplinary engineering team
- Currently possesses a “Q” or “L” clearance
