Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate, you will play a pivotal role in implementing outreach strategies, engaging with community members, and promoting our programs. You will collaborate with the outreach team to build community relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members to raise awareness of our programs and services.
- Event Participation: Assist in planning and participating in community events, workshops, and meetings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Information Sharing: Distribute informational materials and communicate key messages to the community.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback to assess community needs and improve outreach efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the outreach team to develop and implement effective community outreach strategies.
- Reporting: Document and report on outreach activities to track impact and success.
