Position OverviewAs an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you will learn how to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and support marketing and sales campaigns. This is a hands-on role designed for ambitious individuals looking to start a career in business development, sales, or marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients through outreach campaigns and networking
Support sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads and opportunities
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Assist with proposals, presentations, and campaign materials
Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with team members to meet business development goals
Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop sales and marketing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends
No prior experience required—training provided
