- Respond to all client inquiries as quickly as possible
- Accurately analyze and communicate business performance and financial results with clients
- Consistently initiate client goal setting through profit plan preparation
- Share your knowledge by answering client and coworker questions using everyday language
- Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS
About Your Expertise:
- Progress toward an applicable Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is beneficial
- Experience in the transportation industry is beneficial
- Experience managing multiple priorities is beneficial
