Business Analysis
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the creation of process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in user interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
- Help maintain documentation such as requirements logs, process maps, and reference materials.
Project Coordination
- Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
- Help prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support development of project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate communication between teams to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Monitor project risks and assist in documenting and escalating issues.
Process Improvement
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in designing and implementing streamlined processes.
- Support the development of SOPs, documentation, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of project management or business analysis concepts (coursework is acceptable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have, Not Required)
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Basic understanding of data analysis (Excel, SQL, or visualization tools).
- Internship experience in business analysis, project management, operations, or related fields.
