Business Analysis 

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements from stakeholders. 
  • Support the creation of process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories. 
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. 
  • Participate in user interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions. 
  • Help maintain documentation such as requirements logs, process maps, and reference materials. 

Project Coordination 

  • Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities. 
  • Help prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. 
  • Support development of project schedules, timelines, and status reports. 
  • Coordinate communication between teams to ensure alignment and timely progress. 
  • Monitor project risks and assist in documenting and escalating issues. 

Process Improvement 

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. 
  • Assist in designing and implementing streamlined processes. 
  • Support the development of SOPs, documentation, and performance metrics. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Basic understanding of project management or business analysis concepts (coursework is acceptable). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  

 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have, Not Required) 

  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. 
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. 
  • Basic understanding of data analysis (Excel, SQL, or visualization tools). 
  • Internship experience in business analysis, project management, operations, or related fields.
