Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service to team members and potential donors during events to boost donations.
  • Brand Communication: Clearly convey our clients' core messages to enhance revenue generation and brand visibility.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all activities align with compliance standards throughout events.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in in-person and virtual meetings to deepen your understanding of our charity partners.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of events and effectively resolve any issues that arise.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Energetic, creative thinker with a passion for achieving goals.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to follow established processes effectively.
  • Passion for engaging with people and making a positive impact in the community.
