Entry Level Analyst

We are seeking an Entry-Level Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to begin their career in the IT industry. As an analyst, you will support senior team members by gathering data, conducting research, performing analysis, and helping implement strategic initiatives.

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making processes.
  

• Reporting: Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
  

• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  

• Data Visualization: Create charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data to help explain trends and patterns.
  

• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  

• Support Senior Analysts: Work closely with senior analysts and other team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (finance, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of tasks and project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  

• Skills:
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data analysis).
  

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  

• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and business intelligence tools.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and in teams.
  

• Experience: Previous internship or experience in data analysis or related fields is a plus but not required.
