- Own and grow an existing product line with full P&L responsibility
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy from positioning to pricing to distribution
- Build and lead a matrixed “tiger team” with cross-functional support from Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Define and iterate on key growth loops across acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention
- Partner with leadership to scale what works and sunset what doesn’t—fast
- Leverage data to make fast, informed decisions and maintain tight feedback loops
- You’ve built or scaled a product-led business before, ideally at a startup or as an early marketing/growth hire
- You’re fluent in growth, product marketing, and user behavior—and you use data to drive nearly every decision
- You’ve owned or had exposure to P&L and are excited by the accountability that comes with it
- You’ve led zero-to-one launches or turnarounds and know how to balance scrappy experimentation with scalable systems
- You’re a collaborative leader who knows how to influence without authority and rally teams toward a shared goal
