What you will do
Program manage the development of large, complex, bundled offerings for multimillion-dollar, potentially multi-location, projects involving alternate delivery models with guaranteed outcomes. These deals include, but are not limited to, the following structures: Design-Build, Public-Private Partnership (P3), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Energy Savings Agreement (ESA), Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC).
How you will do it
In conjunction with the Business Development Director, the Enterprise Value Director (EVD) is responsible for coordination and management of the total JCI value proposition development elements including:
Working with key customer stakeholders to provide Enterprise-level definition of customer objectives and outcomes, and converting those into an executable program and contract structure.
Overseeing the technical program development including:
Managing the development team resources, including engineering, service operations and consortium partners, to ensure timely development of project scope within budget.
Leading organization of development team external design consultants, strategic vendors and subcontractors
Coordinating project scope with respective Delivery Teams (construction, transition and service teams)
Establishing and communicating comprehensive development plans with major milestones and dependencies, ensuring adherence to project metrics.
Preparing project development cost estimate for approval by senior leadership. Responsible for budget compliance and cost control throughout the development process.
Controlling project development change/scope creep, ensuring that all scope changes are quickly and properly documented and that change orders are approved prior to / in conjunction with the performance of development work.
Overseeing development of key performance indicators. Confirming that design, service operations and contract structure align with associated risks.
Coordinating the financial model and specifics of the financing. Supporting the development through internal and/or external financial resources, such as structured finance partners (i.e., JC Capital, IonicBlue, etc.) and internal P3/aaS financial modelers.
Working with legal and sales team to confirm alignment of offering with respective contract structure.
Ensuring program compliance with JCI governance and risk management process.
Overseeing all development administration, meetings and documentation. Acting as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, collaborating with internal teams and regulatory authorities, and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Helping customers capture opportunities for financial stewardship, energy efficiency, infrastructure modernization, operating cost reduction and risk transfer. Develops and implements these programs to both maximize JCI margins and increase revenue growth.
Promoting the JCI value proposition at the executive level (C-level) by providing solutions to the customer’s business and financial challenges in conjunction with the Business Development Director (BDD).

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $140,600 - $211,300 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
