The Enterprise Technology Executive Support Engineer is responsible for delivering elite, white-glove technical services to FanDuel’s most senior leaders—including the CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Board Members. This role ensures seamless IT experiences through a blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of discretion. You'll act as the go-to IT partner for our executive team, providing both strategic and hands-on technology support to maximize productivity and minimize disruptions.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.


THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Executive Support: Provide end-to-end, high-priority IT support for the CEO, C-suite, and other key executives, ensuring a proactive and personalized technology experience at all times.
  • White-Glove Service: Deliver concierge-level support with discretion, professionalism, and a service-first mindset. Handle sensitive, complex issues with urgency and care.
  • Technology Mastery: Own and manage support for devices, collaboration tools, and mobile tech—particularly across Microsoft O365, Jamf, Intune, macOS, and Windows platforms.
  • AV & Event Coverage: Ensure flawless execution of board meetings, town halls, and virtual events by overseeing and managing AV setups and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
  • Office & Travel Support: Serve as the primary technology partner for executives during onsite meetings and travel, including occasional offsite conference support and mobile tech setup.
  • Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding/offboarding, identity/access provisioning, and device management for executive users.
  • Escalation Management: Act as the first and last line of IT support for execs. Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly resolve complex issues beyond frontline capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: Build trusted, professional relationships with executives and their assistants. Understand personal workflows, communication styles, and tech preferences.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure executive devices and usage align with company security policies, including MFA, device encryption, and endpoint management standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation for executive tech setups and workflows. Contribute to process improvement and team upskilling initiatives.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing IT roles, with at least 3 years dedicated to supporting C-level executives or VIPs.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft O365, Intune, and Jamf for device and identity management.
  • Mastery of both macOS and Windows systems, with a knack for troubleshooting across platforms.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills tailored to executive audiences.
  • Comfort and confidence working in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage sensitive information with discretion, and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, MFA, MDM, and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Bonus points for certifications such as JAMF 200+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or Apple Certified IT Professional.
  • Availability to work onsite up to 5 days per week and travel with executives as needed.
  • Participation in an on-call rotation for urgent executive support outside normal business hours.

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $118,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
