Everforth ECS is seeking a Enterprise Support ISSE - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and validate security controls across enterprise infrastructure and hosting platforms.
- Integrate technical safeguards such as encryption mechanisms and access control enforcement.
- Conduct control validation activities in line with DoD/ARNG cybersecurity policies.
- Support Authorization to Operate (ATO) sustainment and remediation of security findings.
- Advise operations and engineering teams on secure implementation strategies.
- Coordinate vulnerability mitigation measures and logging configurations.
- Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
- Lead efforts to maintain defensible enterprise environments.

- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 671-System Testing and Evaluation Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CCSP
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Extensive experience in information systems security engineering and enterprise IT leadership
- Proven track record as an Authorizing Official Designated Representative
- Demonstrated ability to lead cybersecurity compliance programs
- Experience with Risk Management Framework implementation affecting large-scale personnel
