The Position
Position – Enterprise Solutions Consultant
Your Opportunity
You will be a part of Lab Transformation team with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry as well as customer needs, will work in a consultative style to uncover opportunities for us to expand our partnerships and grow the Diagnostics Core Lab business. You will remain close to the ground and be up to date with the latest trends and business initiatives within your customer base. You will report to National Lead – Lab Transformation
- Position our total diagnostics solutions to large, complex enterprise acquisition accounts with sustainable activity that exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Provide a total solution design which focuses on differentiation from competition.
- Ensure regular c-suite engagement, build an account based plan focus on CIO, COO, Lab Director, and Innovation Team within the hospital ecosystems.
- Establishing and building key stakeholder relationships inside and outside the laboratory and leverage them to drive new business in the ‘core lab’.
- Responsible for maintaining clear, up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities across the entire network, enhancing customer outcomes.
- Responsible for leading presentation, pitches and submitting the value proposition
- Negotiate contracts and all pricing resulting in long-term commitments.
- Site specific strategic sell framework:
- Responsible for overall strategic account management planning, including conducting strategic opportunity workshops with the C-suite.
- Conduct Lab 360 vision framework workshops crafted by the Healthcare Consulting team.
- Build REXIS Strategic Selling framework using blue sheets for each account.
- Update internal stakeholders of account wise progress.
Who you are
- Bachelors or Masters in Biotech, Biochemistry, Lab Medicine or related disciplines
- Prior sales experience in sophisticated, multilevel, multisite selling environments in Healthcare is preferred
- Healthcare, Clinical Lab experience is essential
- A powerful customer communicator at senior levels, able to develop customer business cases and value propositions
- Proven track record in delivering revenue targets in a sophisticated, solution selling environment, preferably with major accounts preferred
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong teamwork skills in and indirect team management.
- Ability to understand IT landscape is of an added advantage
