Job Description
Are you a seasoned Solution or Enterprise Architect with a passion for better business outcomes, an envious work culture, and happier customer teams? Dynatrace is seeking talent like you to join our innovative and financially mission critical public sector team.

Role Overview: As an Enterprise or Solution Architect, you'll drive meaningful customer outcomes and high sales growth in the Australia and New Zealand public sector segment, primarily ACT.
You will:
- Co-develop solution strategies and lead continuous end-to-end sales cycles (new logo and expansion) to address customer business needs.
- Lead, design, and manage proof-of-concepts or workshops, deliver compelling & tailored demonstration, co-develop multi-year roadmap and architecture, respond to RFXs, contribute within an integrated account team structure, and forge trusted customer relationships.
- Certify and consult public sector prospects on business resilience, cloud acceleration & transformation, and unified observability and security solution use cases (powered by hypermodal AI and Automation).
- Live and breathe Dynatrace core values - accountability, clarity, and trust
- Develop and demonstrate strong value and ROI for customers, ensuring transformational benefits, business resilience delivery, and happier teams, and customers' customer (citizens or other agencies).
- Work within an integrated account team structure that includes but not limited to Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, Partner Sales Manager, Customer Success Engineer, Sales Development Rep, Services, and Support
Qualifications
Your Experience:
- More than 10 years of consulting or technology industry experience
- Minimum 5-7 years as a Solution or Enterprise Architect or similar role.
- Strong background in SaaS solutions, complex sales cycles, value engineering, strong customer network in ACT, and public sector expertise.
- Strong technical knowledge in DevOps, IT operations, platform engineering, modern cloud-native and traditional software architecture, full stack observability, security / SIEM, log analytics and management, and more
- Deep understanding of government value chain, regulatory compliance, security standards, buying process and more
- Minimum 5 years public sector experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience or industry certifications with technologies like Azure, AWS, Docker, Java, .NET, and more.
- Industry speaker at tradeshows, conferences, and public sector events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
- Understanding of government sector solutions and delivery.
- Experience with programming languages and cloud technologies.
