【主な職務内容】

1. エンタープライズ顧客向けソリューションアーキテクチャ設計

企業のネットワーク戦略・課題のヒアリング（Discovery）

• Whiteboard を活用したアーキテクチャ検討／構想整理
• Network/Security/SD-WAN/Automation/Cloud を活かした最適構成の提案
• 業界イベント等におけるセッション講演
• メディア向けにたHPE Networkingのマーケット訴求

2. プリセールスとしてのテクニカルリード

セールスチームと協働し、案件戦略・勝ち筋の策定

• コンセプチュアル（Conceptual）提案資料の作成
• RFP／RFI 対応と技術的裏付けの提供
• POCおよび検証のサポート

３. 顧客価値創造のコンサルティング

ビジネス要件・製品機能要件を踏まえたアーキテクチャ策定

• IT 部門だけでなく、事業部門ともコミュニケーション
• ネットワークの運用改善、コスト効率化、DX支援

5. 社内外との連携

グローバルチームとの技術連携

• 新サービス／プロダクトのフィードバック
• 社内GTMチームへのソートリーダシップ

【必須要件（Must）】

Network Engineer/IT Architect 経験（５年前後同等）    

• エンタープライズIT領域でのプリセールス
• L2/L3 を中心とした ネットワークアーキテクチャの深い理解
• ホワイトボードを使ったディスカッション・構想力

顧客課題をDiscoverし、技術とビジネスを橋渡しするスキル

• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション／ドキュメンテーション能力
• プレゼンテーションスキル

【期待する要件】

外資ネットワークベンダー、システムインテグレーターのプリセールスSE、企業内ITアーキテクト、

• Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, 各種認定資格(Professional, Expert レベルが望ましい）
• クラウド（AWS/Azure/GCP）に関する基本的な理解
• Security（SASE/ZTNA/Firewall）のソリューション知識
• DevOps / Automation（Python, Ansible）に関する知見
• デザイン思考（Design Thinking）を活用した提案経験
• 新しい技術を自らキャッチアップし、学習し続ける姿勢
• Growthマインドセット、Self-Starterマインドセット
