Trustfull is looking for an experienced Enterprise Software Senior Sales Manager to join our team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the software industry, particularly in SaaS, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within enterprise-level accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market across France.
  • Independently source new opportunities and reach out to target customers
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to effectively communicate value propositions and drive lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Country Manager in France.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in the enterprise software/SaaS sector.
  • Success in selling to large enterprises, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles and enterprise customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess business opportunities.
  • Proficient usage of CRM, sales automation and other sales related tools
  • Flexibility to travel (domestically and internationally)
  • Fluent in French and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
