Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring!

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Executive to join our team in Thailand!

You will be responsible for direct sales that achieve revenue projections for Rockwell Automation's Information Software Solutions, promoting our comprehensive connected enterprise vision. This includes selling Advanced Analytics, Industrial IIoT and Manufacturing Execution Systems, across Thailand for different industries such as F&B, CPG, Automotive. You will report to Manager, Enterprise Software Sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet quota by negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrix Rockwell Automation sales teams.
  • Develop an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Information Software and other related solutions.
  • Help develop project scope and Return on investment analysis. Use value selling techniques to measure project Return on investment and structure commercial deals accordingly.
  • Use Global Sales & Marketing selling resources for target opportunity identification and access.
  • Be the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members and Rockwell Automation Information Software to ensure efficient communications and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
  • Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information with CRM tool to ensure performance goals are met.

You have to develop business and financial knowledge of Software offering and its impact on potential business. Demonstrate understanding of MES and other latest technology trends and their impact on decisions in assigned Vertical or Geography.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, computer science, manufacturing information technology or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of pre-sales, direct sales, consulting or enterprise selling experience
  • Sell to C suite management.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts, logistics, manufacturing flow and interaction with IT and Manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP, FactorTalk applications, Java, IIOT, industrie 4.0, smart manufacturing, Digital Operations, Digital Transformation, Analytics, Advance Analytics
