Position SummaryEnterprise Seller Development Manager, eBay Collectibles is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise sellers while leading strategic seller initiatives to scale, grow and develop sellers KPIs, partnerships and revenue driving opportunities. This role focuses on accelerating enterprise seller growth through consultative partnership and knowledge sharing, focusing on some of the most strategic and important relationships within Collectibles specific vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Seller Partnership:
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations with some of eBay’s largest and most successful accounts.
Develop comprehensive strategies for enterprise sellers to ensure successful platform integration and early growth
Analyse seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
Create and implement customized business plans to help enterprise sellers achieve their growth targets
Provide advanced platform knowledge and selling strategy consultation
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues
Guide sellers through policy and platform changes while ensuring compliance
Track and analyse seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met
Organize and implement large-scale seller critical initiatives through cross-collaboration with business unit partnerships
Develop standard process sharing programs across the seller community
Investigate and analyze new policy & platform impacts on enterprise sellers
Lead initiatives to establish and enforce seller standard methodologies
Measure and report on the effectiveness of education initiatives
Position Qualifications
Been in Seller Account Management for at least 5+ years
Excellent influencing and presentation skills
Strong project management and organization skills
Excellent PPT presentation deck creation skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and standard processes
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently
Consistent track record of high performance and team ranking
Strong cross-functional leader who is also recognized as a collaborator and partner
Executive level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data
High degree of ownership and dedication to results
Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and business needs
Self-motivated to find opportunities and challenges in the business
Data-driven approach to planning and decision making. Comfortable and hands-on with data, analytics, and modeling. Strong understanding of P&L
Organized problem solver who balances attention to detail with efficiency
Willingness to become an expert in the industry, engage with customers directly, and a strong desire to help eBay grow

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$60,000 - $101,500Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
