Job Description:

HarperDB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex infrastructure software solutions to large enterprise organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, as well as existing relationships within large enterprise media, gaming and e-Commerce clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within target enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the C-level and executive levels.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target accounts and achieve sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering and other internal teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience selling infrastructure software or other developer technology 
  • Existing relationships within the Gaming, Media, or E-Commerce industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful enterprise sales experience selling complex software solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and ability to manage complex sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

  • Experience selling database or cloud technology solutions.

$131,000 annual base salary + commission with expected OTE of $250,000-$270,000
