Here’s what this position is all about:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to help them exceed their targets
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a sales strategy focused on the growth of existing Fortune 1000 accounts, leveraging a consultative sales approach
  • Identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth and ensure that each Enterprise Account Manager is actively expanding business within their assigned accounts
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at Fortune 1000 accounts to understand their evolving business needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership regarding the performance of your team, customer satisfaction, and market trends
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts, develop targeted initiatives, and ensure successful client outcomes
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure targets are met and opportunities are properly prioritized
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales processes and techniques within your team


What we are hoping you can bring to the role:

  • Experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Experience managing or leading a high-performing sales team, preferably in the B2B space targeting Fortune 1000 clients
  • Proven track record of managing existing accounts and growing incremental revenue
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles
  • Ability to create and implement sales strategies specifically related to large enterprise accounts
