The Role : Enterprise Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, they will be responsible for developing relationships with multiple key stakeholders (CXOs, Senior Managers, etc.) within the prospect’s organization and managing the prospect experience throughout the sales process designed to close the deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Represent company profiles in a shaped way to CXOs and key stakeholders
  • Should be able to create contract-winning proposals and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

 Essential Requirements:

  • Overall experience of 7 years with demonstrated achievement in B2B sales, ecommerce, logistics or working with 3PL domain experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and IT fluency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and industry-specific analysis software
  • Understanding of the ecommerce industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills, be able to work & coordinate internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
