Description:

We are looking for a determined Enterprise Sales professional in Paris who can confidently articulate our value proposition to improve operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, strengthen oversight, and provide front-to-back visibility with a whole-portfolio view within a single-instance, multi-tenant platform, to C-level individuals in the insurance space.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients seeking a front to back office solution.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the SaaS revolution that we are driving in the FraBeLux markets and play a visible role in the growth of the established Clearwater business.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in the market, while understanding prospective clients’ current infrastructure, business requirements and subsequent challenges.
  • Proactively familiarize self with market complexities and the value proposition of CWAN to improve operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, strengthen oversight, and provide front-to-back visibility with a whole-portfolio view within a single-instance, multi-tenant platform.
  • Develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within the FraBeLux investment management and/or insurance market, solving complex problems throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct effective meetings with prospects and perform needs identification.
  • Develop and progress opportunities, closing deals in the assigned market.
  • Work in close coordination with executive management and other internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, and Pre-Sales).
  • Successfully lead complete demos on most module/report/asset class requested.

Requirements:

  • More than 7 years SaaS sales experience and a proven track record in attaining annual quotas of $1 Million+.
  • Knowledge in  
    • Unit Linked Order and Mandate Management, Rebate process etc. 
    • Unit Linked End to End Workflow including specifics for Lux, France, Germany & UK 
    • NAV Calculation / Fund Admin Type Activities 
  • Bonus: ​ Local regulatory reporting including trustee management, excellent understanding of front office processes (PMS & OMS) 
  • Knowledge of: Securities or financial markets, especially derivatives,

alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income 

  • Understanding of challenges in the industry (reporting, accounting, data...) 
  • Hungry to develop new business and grow their career in a new business sales role.
    • Exposure and proficient understanding of the investment management and/or insurance market in FraBeLux, or a demonstrated ability to sell into this market.
    • Proven record of exceeding targets and selling financial technology solutions using structures sales methodologies i.e. MEDDIC.
    • Strong presentation and writing skills for client-facing activities.
    • Ability to work independently but within a team environment.
    • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
