Now we are searching for an Enterprise Sales Engineer to join the UK team to help us on this path and meet our growth objectives.

You know how to establish business value and can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information. You know how to balance drive and patience during the sales cycle as well as develop strategies to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence. And best of all, you bring confidence and ambition to our sales team.

The Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Leapwork, you will be working with Enterprise customers across UKI from the discovery phase of an opportunity right through to the executive playback of a potential solution and ROI study.

Solution selling and managing multiple, complex sales cycles with the many stakeholders involved - both internally and externally at the prospect - is the primary focus. The Enterprise Sales Engineer will assist with the early discovery, present a value based demo, carry out business value assessments conduct technical deep dives ,plan, design and deliver a differentiated proof of value and orchestrate a playback of the solution.

Maintaining a collaborative attitude towards your team while striving to reach personal targets is essential for success in this role. Due to the maturity of Leapwork, we are seeking an individual who can also take learnings from the field, the competition we encounter, customer feedback and share that with the respective teams to enhance our offering.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years Pre-sales experience and a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
  • Experience with and knowledge of the software development lifecycle. (Testing domain knowledge is not mandatory but would be beneficial)
  • Preferably experience with MEDDIC sales methodology as the Leapwork sales concept is based upon this framework
  • Curiosity and intelligence to proficiently uncover, understand and absorb new information
  • A highly structured mindset with tenacity and persistence to get things done
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
  • High energy and attention to detail

Location:

This is a hybrid role with a mix of in office, on customer site and home working. The primary office location for this role is Old Street in London but we are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark and have other local offices across Europe, the US and Asia.
