Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Identify technical requirements within opportunities and align them with LogRhythm's solutions, accelerating the sales cycle by highlighting market differentiators.
- Conduct demonstrations of LogRhythm products and services to partners and customers through various channels such as on-site visits, webinars, and industry events.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to strategize and execute on complex deals, effectively matching customer pain points with proposed solutions.
- Develop financial business cases (ROI) for sales opportunities and support regional sales managers in presenting them to clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate LogRhythm's unique value proposition.
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses and communicate customer needs to engineering teams for future product enhancements.
- Gather and document competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Sales Engineer, Presales Engineer, or Systems Engineer selling Enterprise Software.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, MCP, MCSE, Security+, and Network+.
- Familiarity with compliance mandates and standards such as GDPR, GPG13, PCIDSS, and ISO27001.
- Proven track record in selling complex enterprise security solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with peers and C-suite executives, coupled with exceptional customer service.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to resolving complex issues.
- Experience implementing MEDDPICC process best practices to accelerate technical validation.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Solid technical background in security monitoring/management, SOC methodology, cloud security, and related technologies (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM/Log Management, Firewalls).
- Familiarity with Windows Domain Security, Audit Policies, *NIX based applications, routers, switches, firewall devices, TCP/IP protocols, and routing.
- Experience with software and/or scripting (regex, PowerShell, etc.).
