About the role
As the Director of Enterprise sales, you’ll own enterprise new‑business outcomes for New Zealand, including pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue growth across the Enterprise and Large Enterprise segments. You’ll directly manage high-value or strategic opportunities while coaching and supporting Enterprise Sales Managers.
In this role you will:
Set clear expectations, priorities for the Enterprise Sales team, ensuring strong prospecting discipline, pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
Demonstrate effective value‑based and consultative selling techniques.
Partner closely with Marketing to align campaigns, target accounts, and go‑to‑market activity with enterprise sales priorities.
Work closely with Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless handover, strong customer experience, and long‑term value creation.
Coach and develop Enterprise Sales Managers through deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and hands‑on support, lifting capability and confidence across the team.
Ensure disciplined use of CRM and sales tools, providing accurate visibility of pipeline, performance, and forecasting.
Contribute enterprise market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into regional leadership discussions to inform broader NZ strategy.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for an experienced B2B sales Leader who is comfortable working in a fast paced, growth environment. You will be results focused, and able to motivate and lead a sales team to get the best out of them.
To be successful in this role you will have:
10+ years experience in enterprise B2B sales leadership roles within a technology or SaaS environment.
A proven track record of securing new enterprise customers and delivering sustained revenue growth.
Strong experience engaging and influencing senior enterprise customer stakeholders.
Proven capability in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM‑driven sales execution.
A Business Degree or significant related experience
