We're Looking For:  

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director with sales experience in the automotive industry. You will be part of a strategic sales team responsible for engaging and growing relationships with Major Dealer Groups. You will be involved in driving account acquisition, growing wallet share, and enhancing dealer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in cultivating and expanding relationships with Major Dealer Groups, driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

You Are:  

  •  Strategic: Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance relationships and with Major Dealer Groups.

  •  Relationship-oriented: Build and maintain strong connections with dealers to foster growth and partnership.

  •  Industry Savvy: Possess deep knowledge of the Multi-rooftop Dealer Groups, utilizing expertise for business expansion.

  •  Adaptable: Quickly adjust strategies in response to market changes and emerging trends.

  •  Communicative: Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrate consistent delivery of positive sales results and proven experience in increasing market share.

  •  Resilient: Handle challenges with poise and determination, maintaining focus on long-term goals.

  • A Critical Thinker: Ready to take initiative, build strategies, and contribute to a dynamic team.

You Will:  

  • Spearhead multi-rooftop business acquisitions, maintaining a high level of dealer satisfaction.

  • Identify and create new business opportunities to expand product and service offerings.

  • Develop persuasive pitch materials, meeting with dealers to advocate and review our offerings.

  • Execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging relationships within Major Dealer Groups to increase wallet share.

  • Address critical customer issues and implement new solutions.

Who You Will Work With:  

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, this role will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, engaging with Major Dealer Groups regularly. Other key interactions/exposure include senior leadership, external dealer representatives, and industry influencers.

Must Have’s:  

  •  5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

  • Proven track record of delivering positive sales results and increasing market share.

  •  Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to craft persuasive pitch decks.

  •  Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel within the US 70-80% of the time visiting Dealer Groups.

Nice to Have’s: 

  •  Extensive experience working with or within Major Dealer Groups is preferred.

  • Experience in creating and executing strategies to deliver added value and satisfaction to customers.

  • Knowledge of utilizing company assets and data analytics to solve complex business challenges.

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
