As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Staffbase, you will play a critical role in developing our pipeline & revenue. Are you motivated to build your career in Enterprise sales in the SaaS technology sector? Are you curious to learn how to qualify opportunities that result in new business for Staffbase? What you’ll be doing
- Engage proactively with new and existing clients to grow the sales pipeline
- Qualify enterprise accounts using the SPICED methodology
- Contact potential prospects through multiple channels
- Work alongside our Account Executives to progress opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive quality pipeline
- Become an Internal Communication expert
- Shine as an Outbound prospector
What you need to be successful
- University degree or professional training in business administration/economics/communication o.e.
- Min. 2 year experience in Sales/SDR/Other prospect-facing roles (incl. SE, Recruitment, Customer Service, Customer Success)
- Positivity, high energy, confidence, self-motivation, resilience, curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and high attention to detail
- Great organizational and time management skills
- A competitive team player who loves celebrating successes together
- Business Fluent French and English language skills
