Role Details
Type of Support: Emails and Phones
Position type: Permanent
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (subject to change with daylight savings) 
Work type and Location: Hybrid - San Pedro Sula & Tegucigalpa | You are required to go to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays during the first 60 days of employment 
Expected start date: April 24, 2025

The Role
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating sales-qualified outbound leads within the Corporate & nonprofit enterprise space.
What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect within enterprise-level corporations and foundations to identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Nurture cold leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through strategic engagement and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for Enterprise Account Executives to drive the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize sales technology tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.) to optimize outreach efforts and track engagement.
  • Identify business challenges faced by prospects and position the company’s solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise AEs to develop and execute lead-nurturing strategies for long-cycle sales prospects.
  • Provide prompt, accurate responses to prospect inquiries, demonstrating industry expertise and professionalism.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's platform, its features, and how it solves key challenges for corporate and nonprofit organizations.

What We Expect From You:

  • 6+ months of experience in sales or related roles
  • Proficiency in email management and familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Front, Notion, and Twilio
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to meet tight timelines and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Ability to quickly learn and absorb partner culture, processes, and policies
  • Ability to produce thorough and complete documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as a contributing team member
  • Excellent listening skills and a commitment to communicate clearly, completely, and on time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional skills in partnering with partners and staff in developing and maintaining long-term supportive relationships
  • Willingness to accept coaching to remove barriers to effective working relationships
