What's the Vibe?
Our founders started Creative Force with a single goal in mind: to build industry-leading software with really cool people. As we've grown, we've stayed true to that vision. Our products are ushering in a new era of creative operations for some of the world's largest brands and retailers. And all along the way, hiring great people has remained a critical business priority.

See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. As a remote company with staff across the globe, we've seen firsthand how important it is for our teams to work well together. And that's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.

While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:
  • We love solving challenging problems.
  • We're passionate about the work we do.
  • And we're the kind of good humans who make you look forward to that morning coffee chat, who bring positive energy to every meeting, go the extra mile for each other, and make work feel a little less like work.
Lots of job posts claim the same. We think you'll just notice the difference the first time we chat.

What We Offer YOU
  • Fast-growing and exciting scaleup environment - ranked top #20 in Forbes "Americas Best Startup Employers" for several years in a row.
  • Competitive compensation with a target OTE of $84,200 annually.
  • 4-5 weeks PTO + 6 days paid sick leave + holidays + healthcare, dental and vision.
  • Flat, transparent structure - no red tape. Your ideas will be heard and embraced.
  • A remote, international team with colleagues across the United States and Europe.
  • Strong support from experienced Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing
  • Real work-life balance - we see our team members as people, not numbers, and know that a balanced personal and professional life is critical to happiness and long-term fulfillment.
  • A meaningful opportunity to develop your sales career within a growing B2B SaaS company.
  • A culture of direct feedback, empathy, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Company trips, events, and more.

What's the Role?
As an SDR at Creative Force, you'll be one of the first people Enterprise prospects meet. Your job is to understand their business, start relevant conversations, and show how Creative Force can help improve their creative operations.

You'll generate new opportunities through warm follow-up, cold outreach, phone calls, email, and account research. You'll manage a pipeline of Enterprise prospects, engage multiple stakeholders, qualify opportunities, and set up the right next steps with our Enterprise Account Executives.

You'll also help us improve how we prospect. By sharing what you learn, testing new approaches, and identifying what works, you'll play an important role in refining our lead-generation playbook.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Research target accounts and prospects to understand their businesses, creative operations, and potential challenges.
  • Identify relevant decision-makers and influencers within complex Enterprise organizations.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through warm-lead follow-up, cold outreach, phone calls, email, and account-based prospecting.
  • Use HubSpot to manage prospect activity, maintain accurate records, and keep the Enterprise pipeline organized.
  • Create and manage targeted drip campaigns to nurture prospects over time.
  • Engage prospects in relevant, thoughtful conversations rather than relying on generic messaging.
  • Ask questions, identify business needs, and determine whether Creative Force may be a strong fit.
  • Qualify leads and convert suitable prospects into sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings and calls between prospective customers and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Provide Enterprise Account Executives with useful context before each handoff.
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects who are not yet ready to engage.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Enterprise Account Executives to improve messaging and conversion.
  • Identify patterns, share learnings, and help refine Creative Force's lead-generation playbook.

SDR Self-Assessment
We know what makes a great SDR at Creative Force. Here's how to tell if this could be you.
You have a track record of generating new opportunities
You have previous experience as an SDR, BDR, sales representative, or in a similar business development role, with proven experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts. You understand how to create opportunities within complex organizations, engage multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers, and navigate longer, more considered sales cycles.
You are comfortable generating opportunities from both warm and cold prospects, and you can demonstrate a track record of creating meaningful sales conversations and qualified opportunities with Enterprise customers.

You're curious about how businesses work
You enjoy learning how Enterprise organizations operate, where creative and operational workflows become inefficient, and what prevents teams from achieving their goals.
You can identify relevant business challenges, connect them to potential use cases, and explain clearly how a B2B SaaS solution could help. You are naturally curious about the prospect's business rather than focused only on delivering a sales pitch.

You create conversations, not just activity
You understand that effective prospecting is not about sending the highest number of emails or making calls for the sake of it. You research target accounts, identify relevant stakeholders, and tailor your outreach to the prospect's business context.
You ask thoughtful questions, listen for genuine needs, and create conversations that are valuable for both the prospect and the Enterprise Account Executive. You know that quality, relevance, and consistency matter as much as activity levels.
You're persistent and resilient
Prospecting requires consistency, patience, and resilience. You won't take every unanswered email, declined call, or delayed decision personally.
You know how to maintain momentum through longer Enterprise sales cycles, follow up professionally, learn from what is not working, and adjust your approach without losing energy or focus.
You communicate and collaborate well
You are confident speaking with new people by phone and writing clear, thoughtful emails. You can explain Creative Force's value proposition in a simple and compelling way, adapt your communication style to different stakeholders, and build credibility with both day-to-day contacts and senior decision-makers.
You communicate professionally, listen carefully, and know when to ask a question rather than continue with a scripted message.
You are socially comfortable and enjoy building relationships face to face, not just over email or video calls. Although this is a remote role, you should be comfortable traveling for customer meetings, summits, team events, or other business activities.
You take ownership of your pipeline
You keep your activity organized, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, and follow up when you say you will. You take responsibility for the quality of your pipeline, not just the volume of activity within it.
You can manage competing priorities, qualify opportunities thoughtfully, recognize genuine Enterprise potential, and provide Enterprise Account Executives with the context they need for a successful handoff. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining accountable for your results.
Who Isn't This Role For?
A few things worth being upfront about.

This role probably isn't right for someone who expects every lead to be handed to them. Proactive prospecting, follow-up, and creating new opportunities are central to the job.

Enterprise experience is important. If your background has been limited to transactional, high-volume SMB sales and you have not yet prospected into complex organizations, this may not be the right fit.

You may also find the role challenging if you dislike rejection, avoid difficult conversations, or prefer to work alone without feedback and collaboration.

And finally, Creative Force is a changing environment. If you enjoy learning, experimenting, and taking ownership, you'll likely thrive here. If you're looking for a highly predictable and structured role, we may not be the right fit.

We're looking forward to hearing from you. 💜
