We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Reimbursement Success Manager (RSM) to join our team. The RSM will be responsible for ensuring the success of our enterprise clients by managing and optimizing their revenue cycle processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the RCM industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Success Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Revenue Optimization: Analyze client revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce denials.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client revenue cycle operations, providing regular updates and insights.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction and revenue performance.
- Best Practices Implementation: Share industry best practices and provide guidance on implementing process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on our RCM solutions and help them maximize their benefits.
- Travel: Must be willing/able to travel to the Los Angeles, CA area monthly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a focus on enterprise client success.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing revenue cycle processes for large healthcare organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in RCM software and tools.
