This role requires a strategic-minded professional who can navigate external client relationships, intricate stakeholder landscapes, and act as a critical partner in project success by providing the structure, governance, and analysis needed to keep CRM implementations aligned with enterprise objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior project experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM implementations and optimizations.

Core Responsibilities

Project Governance & Leadership

  • Build and maintain detailed project plan frameworks, including work breakdown structures, critical paths, and dependency tracking.
  • Manage project governance processes such as steering committee protocols, escalation paths, and decision frameworks.
  • Develop sophisticated project charters that connect technical deliverables to enterprise-level strategic objectives and clearly defined success metrics.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and manage client expectations and communication cadences, ensuring transparency regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reporting, ensuring C-suite stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions required.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating communication across technical teams, business units, vendors, and geographically distributed delivery teams.

Budget Tracking & Forecasting

  • Track budget and implement robust monitoring frameworks with real-time burn rate analysis, earned value management, and predictive forecasting models.
  • Conduct variance analysis, develop corrective action plans for budget deviations, and provide executives with clear budget forecasts and performance-to-plan reporting.
  • Manage scope modifications and change orders with full impact assessments on budget and timeline.

Risk Management

  • Maintain comprehensive RAID logs with mitigation strategies, contingency planning, and early-warning indicators for high-impact scenarios.
  • Ensure critical dependencies are actively tracked, communicated, and resolved across stakeholders.

Delivery Excellence & Quality Assurance

  • Implement stage-gate reviews, milestone tracking, and acceptance criteria frameworks to safeguard delivery quality.
  • Coordinate UAT and adoption readiness to ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Communication & Reporting

  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and status reports with KPI tracking, trend analysis, and budget performance insights.
  • Facilitate structured stakeholder sessions including sprint planning, retrospectives, and weekly check-ins with clear agendas and tracked action items.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to executive steering committees, including recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels through real-time project visibility tools and stakeholder portals.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of direct project management experience in professional services, RevOps, MarTech, or comparable technical consulting environments.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale client projects (750+ hours, 10+ contributors) with multiple integration points and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with enterprise-level organizations (Fortune 1000 preferred).
  • Expert proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and PPM tools with the ability to adapt approaches to project requirements.
  • Advanced financial management skills, including earned value management (EVM), forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with professional services automation (PSA) tools and resource management systems.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and data migration processes, preferably in RevOps.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present to C-level executives and steering committees.
  • Exceptional executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across senior stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent organizational discipline to keep projects moving forward amidst competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, POPM, or equivalent certification.
  • Background in HubSpot ecosystem and CRM implementations.

What We Do

We help companies Implement, Integrate, Optimize and Extend the HubSpot platform. As HubSpot has moved from a tool to a platform, businesses have found themselves needing a true consulting partner to help them build the experiences their customers demand.

You don't need an inbound marketing agency or a standard onboarding. You need a true partner who understands how to design and implement business process with deep technical expertise. We follow a Discovery, Build, Deploy, Iterate framework to ensure our customers succeed.

We have the largest technical consulting team of any HubSpot partner and help companies like Uber Freight, SXSW, Formstack, and even HubSpot themselves maximize the impact of the platform on their business.
