Lead client-facing HubSpot implementations, integrations, migrations, and custom development projects. Design scalable CRM and RevOps solutions, configure HubSpot hubs, manage APIs and third-party integrations, and translate business needs into technical requirements. Facilitate discovery, sprint planning, UAT, training, quality assurance, and client communications while coordinating delivery teams, delegating tasks, managing project scope and budgets, and advising on AI-enabled processes.

Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns, paid media, email nurtures, webinars, events, segmentation, and conversion optimization. Own HubSpot automation, database health, lead scoring, pipeline reporting, and AI-enabled workflows using tools such as Clay and Zapier/Make. Analyze campaign ROI, improve sales handoff and SQL quality, support partner and customer marketing, manage events, and serve as the HubSpot subject matter expert.

Aptitude 8 is building a network of independent 1099 contractors (HubSpot, RevOps, technologists, consultants) for remote, project-based engagements across project management, client services, technology, sales, marketing, and operations. Candidates apply to join the contractor pool; the talent team will follow up for intro conversations and match contractors to engagements.
