POSITION PURPOSE

The Enterprise Project Manager position is a key contributor and is responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of medium-to-large projects, varying in degrees of complexity. The Enterprise Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing a wide variety of high-quality, technical and business-related projects throughout all stages of a standard project life cycle while staying within the constraints of scope, time, and cost.

The Enterprise Project Manager collaborates with multiple stakeholder groups to clearly convey project roles and responsibilities for all contributors. Risk management and demonstrated experience in problem solving is key for this role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct project kickoff meetings and communicate roles and expectations.

  • Create and track project artifacts such as project plans, RACI charts, RAID logs, schedules, project charters and metrics to facilitate a successful project delivery.

  • Partner with key resources and support multiple program workstreams to deliver a quality solution.

  • Work with project stakeholders to identify risks and create related mitigation plans.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project success goals/metrics and measure project delivery against defined goals.

  • Remove impediments and build a trusting environment where issues are raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on problem-solving.

  • Provide regular project updates to teams, management, departments, committees, and the Board of Directors.

  • Facilitate internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with business sponsors, teams, stakeholders and vendors.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and offer solutions recommendations to address.

  • Professional presence, appearance, and stature to interact easily with YPO members, C-level executives and high-profile corporate leaders.

EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND

  • Over 9 years of experience delivering complex, mission-critical solutions with a proven record of successful deployment and hands-on technical project and program management.

  • Strongly prefer experience managing and delivering complex Content Management System (CMS) implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across enterprise platforms.

  • Familiar with Salesforce, Cvent, archival/search technology, B2C/user-facing technology, and software development project tools such as Jira or (ADO).

  • Expertise in MS Office and enterprise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).

  • Proficient in multiple project methodologies such as a traditional project management approach and an Agile framework.

  • Experience involving multiple stakeholder groups/committees in supporting, stewarding, and executing multiple stakeholder goals and deliverables

EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Project Management Professional preferred.

  • Certified Scrum Master preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate members and team members in multiple time zones.

  • Willingness and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, without restrictions, approximately 5% per year.
