If so, Level Access may be the right company for you.  As the Enterprise Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic projects that span across the entire organization. This role is pivotal in driving our business objectives, ensuring alignment across departments, and delivering impactful results. You will work closely with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage resources, and provide the necessary oversight to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead end-to-end management of company-wide initiatives, ensuring each project aligns with the company’s strategic goals. This includes developing project plans, defining project scopes, setting milestones, and managing budgets.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
    • Foster a collaborative environment where team members are motivated and empowered to deliver their best work, ensuring that everyone is working towards common objectives.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Partner with the executive team to translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans, ensuring each initiative supports the company’s long-term strategy.
    • Conduct regular strategic reviews to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure alignment with changing business needs.
    • Lead cross-functional planning sessions to ensure all departments are aligned on project goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Execution Oversight:
    • Take a hands-on approach to project management, diving into the details when necessary to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
    • Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
    • Provide direct support to project teams when needed, whether it’s removing roadblocks, providing guidance, or stepping in to help with critical tasks.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success, conducting thorough risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
    • Address challenges as they arise, using creative problem-solving skills to find solutions that keep projects on track without compromising quality or objectives.
    • Foster a culture of transparency and openness, encouraging team members to report issues early and working together to find effective solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) for each project, tracking progress regularly and making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
    • Provide detailed and timely reports to senior leadership on project status, highlighting successes, risks, and areas requiring attention.
    • Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, capture lessons learned, and implement improvements for future initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, department heads, and project team members.
    • Facilitate regular meetings and communications to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and organizational improvements.
    • Facilitate strategic executive meetings, ensuring that agendas are set, materials are prepared, and action items are tracked and followed through.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead efforts to continuously improve project management processes, implementing best practices, and adopting new tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Encourage a culture of innovation and learning within project teams, promoting the adoption of new ideas and approaches that can drive better outcomes.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging practices in project management, applying relevant insights to improve the company’s project management capabilities.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
    • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in the execution of projects as needed.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus.
