Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning through deployment and stabilization
- Ensure alignment with overall Digital Transformation objectives, timelines, and governance structures
- Collaborate closely with business units across Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee updates, and decision-making sessions with executive sponsors and project stakeholders
- Manage relationships and contracts with multiple enterprise solution vendors and system integrators
- Oversee vendor performance, scope adherence, and integration activities between vendor solutions and internal systems
- Coordinate interdependencies with other projects in the Digital Transformation Program
- Contribute to overall program planning, reporting, risk management, and change control
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Apply project management best practices (waterfall or hybrid) to ensure successful delivery
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or ITIL certifications considered an asset
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years managing large-scale enterprise IT or digital transformation projects
- Hands-on experience managing technology implementations involving enterprise software vendors and systems integrators
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive environments preferred
- Familiarity with data governance, data platforms, or analytics modernization projects preferred
