As EPMO - R&D, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and renovation projects across our R&D organization. Acting as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are executed efficiently through Stage Gate processes while maintaining alignment, visibility, and accountability from concept through commercialization.

Based in Benicarló, Spain, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact innovation initiatives by connecting stakeholders, managing project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the R&D project portfolio.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead multiple innovation and renovation projects through the Stage Gate process, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to R&D PMO best practices.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance, IC&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and effective execution.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables across complex project portfolios.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to safeguard project objectives.

  • Ensure consistency, rigor and compliance within project management systems, processes and reporting frameworks.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, serving as the single source of truth for project information.

  • Prepare project status updates, dashboards and executive summaries for key stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Facilitate governance meetings, project reviews and decision-making processes to drive accountability and execution.

  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management effectiveness across the organization.

  • Champion best-in-class New Product Development (NPD) methodologies and pipeline management practices.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, R&D, Supply Chain or Innovation environments.

  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from initiation to commercial launch.

  • Strong knowledge of Stage Gate methodologies and New Product Development processes.

  • Experience within fragrance, food ingredients, life sciences, consumer goods or related industries is highly desirable.

  • Strong project planning, organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing, regulatory and quality requirements within regulated industries is a plus.

  • Fluent professional English.
