Main Purpose

The Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for managing a medium-sized team that drives consistent and predictable services for national/MSP accounts. The individual in this role will manage functional client relationships and contribute to the retention and growth of key strategic accounts in partnership with the Account Director.  This position requires a strong understanding of the MSP/staffing industry, HR Tech/VMS systems, exceptional account management skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Responsible for ensuring the successful initial and long-term delivery of contracted services to MSP & national accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fulfillment, site-level training, user adoption, and demand forecasting for our national and MSP accounts, managing.
  • Drive overall account performance to support long-term revenue targets and expansion strategies in partnership with Account Director
  • Monitor key delivery metrics such as fulfillment, agency scorecards, and worker quality making sure they meet or exceed established targets for the account
  • Provides overall management direction and support to the MSP Success team including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and training.  
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Proactively address client concerns and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure client adoption by delivering continued ROI through tech adoption, new feature rollouts, and end-user training. 
  • Support development of strategic account plans and execute as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs.
  • Prepares and generates a variety of reports for management, staff, corporate, and other stakeholders such as overall account health, headcount demand, continuous improvement plans, tech utilization, etc.
  • Must be available after hours and on weekends with an expectation of a dynamic national travel schedule (weekly/monthly) that can be up to 50%
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of technology to drive a tech-enabled solution for clients, partners, and the Flexer, including Google Workplace, Slack, Salesforce, Excel, Shared Drives, Notion, Monday.com, RingCentral, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional levels of customer service and/or technical support to a diverse audience via email, chat, and phone channels.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to manage workload, set priorities, and resolve issues with minimum direct supervision and minimum escalations.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of Android and Apple OS mobile operating platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and support effectively and efficiently with Flexers, Clients, and internal groups in order to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Passionate about technology enablement and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Curiosity to actively seek out new ways to utilize or improve technologies, systems, and processes internally to benefit the entire team.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent customer service mindset to deliver an outstanding experience, even in less-than-ideal situations with frustrated and disenfranchised users and clients.
