The Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) leads strategic customer programs that accelerate Dynatrace adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role provides program leadership, governance, stakeholder management, adoption planning, and executive alignment across complex customer environments.
The EPM works closely with customer executives, business and technical stakeholders, Dynatrace delivery teams, partners, and account teams. The role establishes clear program direction, maintains delivery momentum, and uses influence, motivation, and consensus-building to align stakeholders around a shared path forward.

Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic customer programs that align Dynatrace adoption with customer business outcomes and transformation objectives.
• Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement structures.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, success measures, delivery plans, and priorities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Influence, motivate, and align customer, partner, and Dynatrace stakeholders around shared priorities, creating commitment and momentum toward an agreed path forward.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain accountability for agreed actions, decisions, commitments, and outcomes.
• Manage program and engagement scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and escalations.
• Facilitate Steering Committees, Quarterly Business Reviews, status meetings, and other governance forums.
• Drive customer adoption, organizational change, and value realization activities.
• Translate customer objectives into actionable plans and clearly communicate delivery progress and business outcomes.
• Support account teams in identifying opportunities to increase customer value and strategic adoption.
• Directly manage customer projects and engagements where a dedicated Engagement Manager is not assigned, including planning, reporting, RAID management, resource coordination, and delivery oversight.
Travel and Training Requirements
