具体的には、お客様の使用している化学分析機器（アジレント社製または他の会社の機器）の点検・修理サービス等の要請や問い合わせに対応し、お客様・アジレントおよびベンダー様とのエンジニア訪問の日程調整および関連業務を実施いただきます。

Qualifications・PCによる業務系システム操作（SAP/CRM）
・Office系ソフト操作
・コミュニケーション(日本語・英語) TOEIC600点相当以上
・理系の学部出身もしくは製薬会社での経験があれば尚可
・GxPの規則およびガイドラインの基礎知識があれば尚可

- Experience operating business systems on a PC, including SAP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Japanese and English communication skills equivalent to TOEIC 600 or higher
- Bachelor’s degree or background in a science-related field
- Experience working for a pharmaceutical company
- Basic knowledge of GxP rules and guidelines
- Understanding or experience with obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and invoice processing
