Job Title: Enterprise Program Analyst

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Job Duties: Salesforce technology lead responsible for design reviews, code reviews, customer service operations support from IT across all underlying business tracks. Identify, develop, and evaluate service and marketing strategies using customer relationship management tool – Salesforce – and provide relevant technical solutions to improve business performance. Serve as domain expert, consult across business operations globally, and utilize specialized knowledge to provide mentorship to junior employees. Develop project roadmaps that align to business objectives and are sequenced by priority and resource availability, through collaboration with Product Owners. Solicit requirements from business stakeholders, and plan and develop the technical and functional specifications of project idea. Monitor the progress of projects, set deadlines, and provide biweekly demos to business and IT stakeholders. Delegate tasks based on each member’s strengths and skills, offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks. Assume responsibility for reviewing technical and coding work. Ensure the quality of the source code, and plan and conduct source code reviews. Interview applicants to determine their technical capability and qualifications for job position and train them upon hire.
Special Requirements: Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following:
1. Expert level Salesforce development
2. Business stakeholder management
3. Understanding of customer service operations in a large medical device manufacturing or similar industry, which includes field service operations
4. Javascript
5. Apex
Rate of Pay: $194,792/year
