FocusKPI is looking for an Enterprise Product Marketing Manager (CxO Programs) to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company. 
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Product Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team.


This role is pivotal in driving the strategic marketing initiatives with their executive-level customers to develop client’s perception as their strategic partner in solving their most pressing business challenges. As an Executive PMM, you will be responsible for developing CxO personas, creating compelling messaging and positioning, and building decision maker buyer journeys, and enabling the sales teams to effectively communicate the value of their products to executive audiences. You will work closely with the Brand, Demand Generation, Events, and Enterprise Sales teams.


Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 12 months contract 
Pay Range: $80/hr to $90/hr
Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research to inform solution positioning and messaging
  • Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with executive audiences and differentiates our products in the market
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership pieces
  • Sales Enablement: Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials, including training sessions, sales decks, and competitive battle cards
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the Account Based Marketing team to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of the client’s solutions
  • Customer Engagement: Support customer engagements by ensuring their exec briefing content repository is up to date and gather feedback
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on executive-level products or solutions
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content for executive audiences
  • Top tech skills: messaging and positioning, enterprise + executive expertise
  • Top Soft Skills: stakeholder management, executive presence, project management
  • Attributes: Self-starter with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex technical concepts
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other marketing teams
