Job DescriptionWise Platform powers leading global platforms delivering payroll, expense management, and invoice payments to millions of people and businesses worldwide. Our APIs enable amazing payment experiences that make cross-border payments faster, cheaper, and more transparent.
As we scale across EMEA, we're building a world-class Pricing team to support our explosive growth.
We're looking for an Enterprise Pricing Manager to join our fast-growing Pricing team in EMEA. You'll own the Wise Platform pricing framework for the region, working at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure we price sustainably while enabling rapid growth.
This is a high-impact role where you'll shape pricing strategy for one of Wise's fastest-growing business areas, work directly with senior leadership across EMEA, and build the commercial frameworks that power our partnerships.
What you'll do
Own EMEA pricing strategy:
- Take ownership of the Wise Platform pricing framework for EMEA and evolve it as we onboard new partners, launch new products, and expand across multiple countries
- Lead the reprice process across EMEA based on pricing model outputs
- Create pricing controls to ensure contracts align with our governance framework
Partner with Sales and leadership:
- Build strong partnerships with the GM of EMEA and sales & delivery teams
- Support commercial discussions with Sales teams to ensure pricing remains within our framework
- Own commercial modelling and negotiations for new and existing key accounts, ensuring sustainable pricing
Drive accuracy and insight:
- Work closely with pricing analytics and commercial teams to ensure accurate unit economics allocation in pricing models for EMEA
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing decisions
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, with a track record of working alongside Sales teams on complex deal modelling and commercial discussions
- Experience building commercial models and self-service tools that help teams understand the relationship between cost and price
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively in fast-paced environments
- Experience building visualisation dashboards (we use Lightdash)
- B2B commercial experience
- A proactive mindset – you propose solutions, not just execute tasks
- Ability to work with minimal direction and structure your own approach to problem-solving
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a startup, fintech, or cross-border payments environment
- SQL skills
- Prior experience working in or with pricing teams
Why join Wise Platform?
- High impact: Shape pricing strategy for a scaling business in one of Wise's fastest-growing areas
- Senior exposure: Collaborate directly with EMEA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Growth opportunity: Build frameworks and tools from the ground up as we expand across EMEA
- Mission-driven: Help us achieve Mission Zero – money without borders, moving instantly, transparently, and eventually for free
