  • Partner with various business units, acting as the liaison between the different areas of the business, the customer/partner and technical teams.

  • Provide clear and timely status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on project progress, risks, and critical decisions.

  • Maintain up-to-date project document repository, ensuring all project artifacts are accessible and current.

  • Develop and deliver progress reports to management and other stakeholders including issue/action item logs, project status, and risks.

  • Conduct post-project reviews and make recommendations for continuous excellence in project execution and delivery.

  • Participate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

  • Ensure adherence to corporate standards and practices and serve as a key contact in the escalation process.

  • Support Geotab global strategic initiatives.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • 3 - 5 years of required previous experience in Project Management or relevant working experience which demonstrates experience driving projects to completion.

  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree with a specialization in Business, Engineering, or a related Technical field (or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience).

  • Experience working in a technical or engineering organization, knowledge of the high-technology industry, and/or experience in compliance, privacy, or security risk management (including vendor risk).

  • Highly valued professional certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Certification (CSM/PSM), or Technical Certifications (i.e., CISSP, CISA, Cloud Certifications).

  • Technical competence using software programs, including JIRA (highly preferred), Agile approaches (SCRUM, XP, Kanban), and Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

  • Flexible and adaptive mindset with a proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
