We’re looking for an Enterprise Platforms Automation & AI Lead to join us at Telia.
I’m Agnė Sokienė, and I’m searching for someone ready to help shape how automation and AI are adopted across our Enterprise Platforms and Digital Workplace landscape. We’re a collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on simplifying work, improving experiences, and accelerating transformation through technology.
What you'll do:
Help shape how automation and AI are adopted across Enterprise Platforms and the Digital Workplace by combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Discover and prioritize automation and AI opportunities that transform how enterprise teams work and create measurable business value.
- Build and deploy automation, AI, and integration solutions using enterprise platforms, modern development practices, and emerging technologies.
- Guide and enable teams as a trusted advisor and sparring partner, helping them make practical technology, architecture, and implementation decisions.
- Connect tech-savy people, platforms, and data by designing scalable integrations across the enterprise ecosystem.
- Drive adoption of automation and AI by coaching teams, sharing expertise, and establishing best practices that scale across the organization.
- Extensive experience building and scaling enterprise automation, AI, and integration solutions from concept to production.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Azure, Google Workspace, or similar ecosystems.
- Ability to identify untapped automation opportunities and translate business challenges into practical, high-impact solutions that create measurable business value.
- Proven track record of collaborating across teams, coaching engineers, and influencing decisions without formal authority in complex enterprise environments.
- A builder mindset, combining strategic thinking, technical depth, curiosity, and a genuine drive to simplify the way work gets done through automation and AI.

Monthly salary range for this position – from 5000 to 7500 eur gross + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.

Skills Required
