ECS is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day activities and provide subject matter expertise in network administration, network support, management, switching, and routing to ensure smooth functioning of the network for business needs in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) mission.
- Providing enterprise network operations support (NOC), ensuring the availability and security of DoDIN services for the NGB, ARNG, and State Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQs).
- Providing Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and IT Operations support 24/7/365, including telephonic and on-site assistance.
- Identifying customer problems and implementing repeatable, best practice solutions across the enterprise.
- Leading and directing continuous end-to-end system and network management and defense of the essential elements and applications of DoDIN to assure its availability.
- Supporting the RCC-ARNG in providing classified and unclassified DoDIN services (i.e., data, voice, and video), architecture data management support, enterprise data processing and hosting support, and cybersecurity services.
- Providing flexibility and quick response capability to address new and emerging requirements.
- Configuring and optimizing network devices such as routers and switches.
- Developing and implementing network backup and recovery procedures.
- Diagnosing network connectivity issues and ensuring secure, high-performance network operations.
- Implementing security measures to protect network communications and mitigate cyber threats.
- Monitoring network performance and maintaining databases for efficient data access.
- A minimum of five years of experience managing cybersecurity compliance for a DoD agency, including securing IT systems and services using Government and industry cybersecurity standards, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Possess any active Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification.
- A minimum of five years of experience managing a global WAN.
- Possess the appropriate certifications and education to achieve DoDM 8140.03 qualification requirements for the DCWF work role 441 (Network Operations Specialist) at the advanced level.
- Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
