Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current processes for inefficiencies, proposing changes, promoting possible automation for full or part of the process, applying Lean Six Sigma methods, and leading process review meetings with a diverse line of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Propose changes to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build the requirements for automation solutions for full or part of the processes to streamline operations.
- To drive continuous improvement and operational excellence though applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead and/or facilitate process review meetings with various lines of business and functions to promote alignment and collaboration.
- Document and facilitate the implementation of new processes and improvements.
- Build documented business cases for the implementation of optimized processes and automation, including savings and ROI.

- Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to propose and implement automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead process review meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting and facilitating the implementation of new processes.
Specific Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis and improvement.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
