Enterprise Integrations Specialist

SOLV Energy is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across North America.

Job Description Summary:

The Enterprise Integrations Specialist will be responsible to promote technology awareness, adoption, and effective use while continuously improving our business technologies and processes. This individual reports to the Enterprise Integrations Manager to effectively support the day‐to‐day needs of our enterprise related to the integration of applications and technologies within the organization’s business systems’ integration ecosystem.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform development and maintenance of integration processes between applications across on premise and/or cloud solutions within iPaaS platforms.

• Troubleshoot integration errors and escalate issues to support partners. Monitor failed payloads and ensure business faults are fixed and communicated to department leads.

• Collaborates with the Enterprise Integrations Manager to design, architect and build application integrations that meet business requirements defined.

• Work closely with the cross-functional groups to test integrations during ERP, HRIS, or other third-party application patch releases.

• Promote awareness around enterprise applications and adoption of critical tools, technologies, and best practices. Support the development and implementation of solutions to business challenges.

• Participate in technology projects as an integrations subject matter expert through research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new and modified solutions and tools.

• Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions that enhance efficiency by connecting applications and people through low code user interface builders.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in an application or IT support role.

• 3+ years of direct experience in enterprise-level application integration.

• Direct, hands-on experience developing and supporting service interfaces in middleware and iPaaS solutions; Boomi AtomSphere preferred.

• Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or related field.

• Experience utilizing and managing tickets within industry leading ITSM solutions. · Familiarity with the ITIL Framework and five core pillars: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Service Improvement.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and professional telephone disposition

• Travel to offices and jobsites as necessary (job may occasionally require travel).

• Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate work efforts

• Experience with writing technical solution descriptions and user documentation.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft O365 tools and experienced in troubleshooting these applications.

• Experience using task management tools including but not limited to; MS Teams, Jira, Smartsheet, or others.

• Working knowledge of SQL performance monitoring, tuning, and database troubleshooting.

• Experience writing SQL statements. (PSQL desired).

• Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST.

• Experience with securing integration scenarios using appropriate authentication, authorization, non-repudiation, and data encryption methods.

• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

• General knowledge of ERP database schemas.

• Direct, hands-on experience with automated integration tools, including Microsoft SQL Data Transformation Services, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, PowerShell, Transact SQL.

• Understanding of RDBMS principles. Experienced in working in systems of this class. (Oracle Developer, SQL Management Studio, Valentina Studio, etc.)

• Thorough knowledge of relational database theory.

$91,433.00 - $114,292.00
