Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue and managing transactional sales opportunities proactively prospecting large corporate accounts and managing the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
You will join a collaborative, team-focused environment dedicated to executing strategic account growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive Revenue and Pipeline Growth: Proactively prospect a shared and assigned book of business using outbound strategies, social selling, and virtual tools to identify, qualify, and close transactional opportunities under $25,000.
Collaborate and Align Strategies: Partner closely with field sales teams, Account Executives, and Subject Matter Experts to execute comprehensive account strategies, conduct remote Interactive Business Reviews, and align solutions with customer business goals.
Manage Sales Integrity and Operations: Lead contract and pricing negotiations to ensure all Service Level Agreements meet organizational compliance and profitability standards while meticulously tracking all pipeline activity within the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven Inside Sales Experience: Strong background in cold calling, executing marketing initiatives, managing Customer Relationship Management tools (like Salesforce), and consistently filling a sales pipeline.
Strategic Consultative Selling Expertise: Strong knowledge of navigating Request for Proposal processes, handling complex negotiations, and managing full-cycle sales from qualifying a lead to deal closure.
Advanced Communication and Influence: Proven ability to ask deep probing questions, quickly build trust with executive decision-makers, deliver clear value propositions, and confidently overcome sales objections.
Resilience and Agility: Demonstrated capacity to maintain momentum and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while multitasking with high attention to detail.
